The Botanical Sanctuary

"Coffee is agricultural craft. We roast light to celebrate where it grew."

Founded in Seattle's Capitol Hill, Fern & Bean began with a single drum roaster and a collection of forty staghorn ferns. We buy directly from smallholder washing stations, never dark-roast past second crack, and brew on manually calibrated Slayer espresso groups.
